For an additional $100, attendees can purchase a DVD with the presentations from the conference. Inclusion in the DVD is left to the discretion of each speaker. As a result, some presentations may not be available on DVD, and some presentations may not include all slides. You can purchase the DVD when you register online.
The DVD may be available for purchase separately at a later date. The $100 price will be available only during registration. Check back for more information.
