Job Description
This is a stellar Sr. Research Scientist/Group Leader level position overseeing In Vivo Pharmacology development of monoclonal antibody therapeutics for solid tumor oncology indications. ??
You will be leading R&D, development, and implementation of in vivo oncology tumor biology studies, tumor models, and safety pharmacology studies. You will be responsible for implementing novel xenograft models for oncology, developing primary cell lines, conducting PK/PD studies, performing safety pharmacology studies, and performing preliminary toxicology studies. You will also be responsible for leading the strategic development of efficacy studies, mechanism of action studies, and the identification of biomarkers.
Desired Skills & Experience
Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Pathology, Physiology, Biology, Oncology or related life science field.
5+ years of Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Biopharmaceutical industry experience.
Hands-on expertise developing and performing novel in vivo oncology tumor biology studies.
Expertise developing xenograft tumor models.
Oncology anti-tumor drug discovery and development experience.
Expertise developing recombinant protein and monoclonal antibody therapeutics.
Experience preparing regulatory documents and IND’s.
