Postdoctoral position is available immediately in the stimulating environment of the Department of Cancer Immunotherapeutics & Tumor Immunology at the Beckman Research Institute (City of Hope) to explore oncogenic signaling in the tumor microenvironment and to develop novel anticancer therapies. The project entails in vitro and in vivo studies to identify molecular mechanism(s) underlying cancer-promoting immunosuppression. The preferred candidate will also continue studies on novel cell-specific siRNA delivery strategy in mouse cancer models and in human tumor xenografts. Individuals with strong interdisciplinary skills in molecular biology and tumor immunology/immunotherapy are invited to apply.
