Keyskills We are looking for trained female/male Onco-nurses/general nursing staff for wards, emergency and ICU. Roles & responsibilities: * Work on the guidelines/protocols set by the Director of Clinical Services for patient care * Monitor patient charts * Work closely with the consultants to provide maximum comfort and care to the patients * Understand chemotherapy mixing protocols and assist consultants in Infusional chemotherapy * Keep patient records updated in file and HM
Qualification required UG – Other Graduate – Any Specialization PG – Post Graduation Not Required

We are looking for young, smart, motivated individuals with a compassion towards human life: * Females / Males with diploma in Onco – nursing will be HIGHLY desirable * M / F with B. Sc. Nursing and / or GNM – MUST * Experience in multi – speciality / super – speciality hospitals will be highly desirable * Candidates with oncology / cancer experience will be HIGHLY preferred * Candidates with ICU knowledge and experience will be HIGHLY desirable * Candidates with previous leadership experience or that demonstrate leadership skills will be given a preference

Description TCHRI is 110-bedded super speciality cancer institute in the district of Alwar, Raj. It is the second hospital in the state of Rajasthan dedicated purely to oncology. Spread over 8 acres of land, TCHRI offers complete range of services for cancer care – radiation oncology, medical oncology and surgical oncology. Away from the mainstream Alwar city, the hospital provides a calm and serene environment for the patients as well as the staff. We currently have over 80 employees working at TCHRI and plan to increase this to over 175 by the year end. The hospital is recognized by the state government and has several other organizations on its panel.
