Responsibilities:
Accountable for the delivery of pharmaceutical care for a defined clinical area, service or patient population. Applies advanced academic preparation and clinical expertise to meet patient care needs. Provides day-to-day departmental leadership in areas of accountability through mentorship and continuing education of pharmacists.
Qualifications:
Education:
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or Clinically – oriented Master of Science degree (or equivalent) required; residency preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience as an oncology clinical pharmacist or PGY2 specialty pharmacy residency hematology/oncology; Board certification in oncology (BCOP) preferred; supervisory or clinical coordinator experience preferred.
License Required: MN Pharmacist

- Part time position (32 hours per week)
