Job Description
Large multi-specialty group of 230 physicians with over 20 care centers in Northern California seeking BC/BE OB/GYN Oncologist; 100% Oncological Surgery practice; supportive three-member medical Oncology department; 20 referring OBG physicians in four nearby location; one hospital; large California Valley Area without an OB/GYN Oncology Surgeon; full call coverage; 4 ? day work weekk AMRS; excellent benefits and retirement program; early partnership with no buy-in ; this practice is affiliated with physician-owned and operated group, established since 1947, with over 200 members offering twenty specialty and sub-specialty services. Consistent growth has required expansion of their facilities; the main building contains complete clinical, Nuclear, Cardiovascular and GI labs, in addition to Ultrasound, Physical Therapy, and X-Ray Departments. An Acute Care Center is open every day of the year. A prescription pharmacy and optical dispensary are also maintained within the building for the convenience of group’s patients. Practices are affiliated with three major hospitals within the service area. Physician turnover is low and patient load consists of PPOs, HMOs, Medicare and private insurances. For the two year associate period there is a competitive starting salary (with outstanding earning potential for hard-working physician) and excellent benefit package. Practice is located in growing community of around 200K, just 60 miles east of San Francisco! Affordable housing, quality education, friendly and courteous residents and the proximity of major metropolitan areas make this location ideal for building a practice.
