Position Description

**This position is located in West Bend WI and St. Josephs Hospital a member of Froedtert & Community Health.**

This position is responsible for the operational functions of the Medical Oncology Cancer Clinic. The Medical Oncology Cancer Clinic Manager is accountable for human resources management service quality financial performance and compliance with the standards of regulatory agencies. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining the highest standards in delivery of oncology patient care.

1. BSN required MSN preferred
2. Current RN license in State of Wisconsin.
3. Oncology nursing certificate (OCN) required.
4. Minimum 3 years experience in oncology followed by a minimum of 5 years supervisory/leadership experience.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to motivate support recruit and retain qualified staff.
