Due to organisational re-development, an exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and experienced RN to join the Oncology team in the positions of Clinical Care Coordinator. If you are a proven clinician with a desire for career development and an enthusiasm to contribute to the coordination of patient care and support the clinical team, this is your role
As the successful candidate, you will possess:-
* Post Graduate Qualifications in Oncology (highly desirable)
* Registered Division 1 with competencies in Chemotherapy/Oncology
* Ability to lead, develop and support a diverse team as an active team member
* Ability to manage complex discharge planning and quality projects
* Excellent clinical experience and knowledge of best practise guidelines
